When you need support from Jet Reports, we're here to help. This is a great place to get started with Jet Reports and learn about key features and report building techniques. Video tutorials give you specific detailed training.
In addition to general Jet Reports overviews, the collection of training tutorials includes more specific topics, such as a video and Excel file covering Dynamic Batch Scheduling or a video on setting up NAV or GP data sources. There is even a series of videos that walk you step by step through putting together a report.
The Jet Reports Support site is available only to users with a current Jet Reports maintenance plan in place. There is no limit to the number of registered users in your organization who can use the site, but you must register to view the information and video tutorials.
